2) Place of birth, date of birth, as well as nationality

3) Post code and place of residence

4) Expiry date of the document for all guests

Check-In on arrival

the apartments are ready for occupancy between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Check-Out on departure

the apartments must be left by 10 a.m.

A vacation in a holiday apartment is the safest form of travel today. HYGIENE and PRIVACY are our top priority.

Our prices are for 2 people per apartment and day with overnight stay plus the visitor's tax of € 1.35 per person and day except for young people under 14 years of age. The prices include 10% VAT (changes will be adjusted).

Standard occupancy of the apartments is 2 people.

There is a sofa bed in the living area for 2 additional people. Cots are not available. Rates for additional persons are

• Kids younger than 4 years are free of charge
• Childreen from 4 years of age: € 15 per day
• Persons aged 15 or older: € 25 per day

A reservation is considered binding after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

General Cancellation Conditions

• no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 21 days before arrival,
• cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for cancellations between 21 and 6 days before arrival,
• 100% of the total amount to be paid for cancellations as late as 6 days before arrival
• 100% of the total amount to be paid for early departure.

Cancellation Conditions in times of COVID-19 pandemic

In the event of a COVID-19 travel restriction, the free cancellation period is expanded to cancellations earliera than 6 days before arrival. Valid for all reservations with arrival within 10/04/22.

We accept

• Cash payment from EU citizens up to an amount of € 1.999.
• VISA & Mastercards, and
• Transfers to IBAN IT56 C060 4511 6020 0000 5002 769 .

• Free parking lot behind the gates of the property
• Garage parking space (approx. 80m away) for € 10 / day (please ask upfront for availability)
